Return eligibility
Unused products may be returned within one year of purchase with proof of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging where applicable.
If the original form of payment is unavailable, refunds will be issued as store credit.
Used items
Used, undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery and are eligible for store credit only.
We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, modifications, improper handling, or excessive wear.
Proof of purchase
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and may include an order number, receipt, or confirmation email.
How to return an item
Returns must be initiated through our Return Portal.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label by email.
Returned items must be packaged carefully. Damage caused by improper packaging may affect eligibility for refund or credit.
Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Return shipping
A flat-rate return label may be provided for eligible returns within the contiguous U.S.
Return shipping fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Store credit
Store credits issued for returns are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
Promotional or customer-service credits may have different expiration terms.
Warranty
Warranty coverage
BE products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If a product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
If the original product is no longer available, a replacement of equal value may be provided.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
How to submit a warranty claim
Warranty claims must be submitted through our Return Portal.
Please be prepared to provide:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Product details
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect
All warranty claims are reviewed after the product is received and evaluated.
Warranty exclusions
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Improper installation or maintenance
- Alterations or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Weather-related events or transportation damage
Limitation of liability
Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product.
BE is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
